1. Services
Wavelink Consultants provides international education and immigration consultancy services. We act as an advisor and facilitator — final visa and admission decisions rest solely with immigration authorities and educational institutions.
2. Consultation Fees
Initial consultations are free. Service fees vary by service type and destination and are communicated upfront in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable once services are initiated unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we maintain a 98% visa success rate, we cannot guarantee visa approval or admission. Immigration decisions are made by government authorities based on their assessment criteria. We guarantee quality service, not outcome.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in visa rejection and legal consequences. Wavelink is not liable for outcomes resulting from client-provided inaccurate information.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and use it only for providing agreed services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wavelink Consultants' liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
